I tried to open this file use con resigner or XSS save editor to resign it, but it always said this file was encrypted.

You don't ban people, cause they use other websites. Amazing. 360Gamesaves website is so sad, but the funny thing is right.
They ban you, so you can only log in, BUT you can't do anything well you log in, so it's usless. Reason anyone?
I got one! They keep your account there, so they can turn around and say "Oh we have a million members" and try and be the better website cause they've got more accounts, but in fact they aint cause they banned like 60% of them lol.

Also. We could get some people onto their website right, changed name and E-mail address and just pull saves of their websites like mad, so we got them lol.
