I noticed it said this too.
But since nobody has reuploaded I'm generally assuming its mostly aesthetic changes and perhaps its puts it straight to the HDD or MU for you. I honestly have no idea. Might just come bundled with a resigner.

i dunno i just dragged and roped min on hard drive and they work no probz i really want v4 see wot other arcade game are on it
