Even Elites cant use this resigner unless they donate.
I have the resigner myself and can honestly say it works 100% bug free,
the unblacklist feature is a must these days,
also the fact that it can resign .gsx saves is ideal.
Fully versatile, fully functional, and fully worth donating for!
So wot are you waiting for?

what exactly are balacklisted saves, are they encrypted or are they the ones that dont work like the battlefield bad company ones on here, coz if they fix those kind of saves i would definately donate

Basically lots of new saves that are being posted are being blackliste. This means that the save cannot be resigned. If you mange to it will still be curropt. There are many companys that are doing this to there game saves to STOP!! gamesaving.

Yeah, but they have to update the game just to pull it off. So if you run offline at the first version, you shouldn't have any issues(as for as I know). I'm just curious what that anonymizer option is.

anonymizer does what it says, it makes your saves nulled or "00000000000000000000000000" so you can share anonmously withot worry of resets etc
