I've just bought what I thought was the game cheats disc, but turned out to be the cheat save and media manager disc, is there any difference?

Also, are there actual codes for the games? Like on the PS2 where you could select the options to get unlimited cash or health etc. Or can you only use saves?

the newer systems no longer support code cheat discs . Ps3 and xbox 360 work off cheat saves , some saves are edited to give you ultimate health or max health etc.

So are there saves for games like Modern Warfare 2 that give you unlimited health and ammo?
