ok guys, probs obvious, but download a tracker such as utorrent or vuze (azereus), when this has been installed, u need to download torrents, which are your desired music or films. i personally use piratebay and isohunt, which require no invite, regristation and is free, this is your best chance of downloading stuff for free, without using newsgroups

just remember, when u r downloading that you want more seeders, for a quicker download, this might be common sense to people, but people might not know how to, so want to help them

If you want films, i suggest isohunt, and the guy is called Axxo, it is down the right hand side in top searches.

I prefer doing direct downloads (rapidshare)
