this really anoys me when new maps/add-ons come out for a new game on the 360, you go to download them and they are like 800-1600..

dont you agree its a rip off?

you go out and buy the game for like £30-£40, and then when you want new things, you have to pay like another £8-£15, could get a game for that price lol.. god knows how much iv spent on msp's in the past, well over £70

THhngs don't come for free mate. Just think about all the work the developers put into the add on and then only charge a tenner for. They could put that work into a new game and get £40 for it. I do agree that it sucks paying for things but if they don't get cash games don't get made, jobs get lost and we don't want that

I don't understand how you come to that conclusion first off the guy has like 15 posts someone that knew probs isn't even into trying to get content for free. Second his statement is this

That is a pretty straight forward question if you ask me and my response was simply that the developers deserve the cash. A lot of people have flashed 360's and don't even pay for games content is a way of getting money from everyone.

yeah, i sopose you've got a point lol. no money, no games..

but price wise on some things, e.g themes, pics etc can be a rip off, as most of the time you dont get a lil preview at the top of what your buying if you get me.. but ah well, not the end of the world

not just mythic maps mate, pretty much all-in-all maps/game-addons

I didnt emply that he was trying to get the content for free... I got messaged by around 5-10 people today asking if i have MSP so they can get the Mythic Maps...

Have to say my piece here, I dont mind paying for add ons concerning new content for games I have already paid for. However I dont believe there is much consistancy with the add-on material.

For example some times you can pay 800 MSP for something like Fable 2 add on Knothole island and it last an hr or so, and others charge less for more playing time and extra achievements.

Just think they should take into account what they are offering before they slap on the 800MSP tag.

Lionhead studios already said they were gona 'make up' to the fans with the next Fable instalment, so will have to wait and see
